First Contact
All candidates are contacted by phone for an initial screening to outline their professional profile.
If your experience matches one of our open positions, we will arrange a technical interview.

Technical and Aptitude Interview
The selection tools and methodologies vary depending on the position. Generally, the process includes aptitude tests, language assessments (mainly English), and individual interviews with HR Recruiters and technical Team Leaders.
These interviews aim to evaluate your professional and extracurricular experience, knowledge level, technical-specialist skills, and motivation.

Meeting the Managers
After a successful technical interview, one or more meetings are scheduled with the line managers and the HR Manager to assess your potential and outline your possible career path within Regenesy Digital.
